Dr. Ömer EKİZ DDS, PhD
Surgical and Cosmetic Dentistry
- Ömer Ekiz, who was born in İstanbul, graduated from the Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry with an honours degree.
- After completing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Ekiz continued his scientific and clinical research and completed his doctorate at Yeditepe University, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and presented his thesis titled “Comparison of the effects of conventional, osseodensification and conventional small-sized bone drilling techniques on primary stability in the placement of standard dental implants in D4 bone with insertion/removal torques and resonance frequency analysis” and received his Doctorate/PhD title.
- His practices mainly focus on Advanced Implant Dentistry, Hard and Soft Tissue Grafting, Periodontal Surgery, Wisdom (20-years-old) Tooth removal, Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dentistry.
- Dr. Ekiz who participated in several training and conferences both in Turkey and abroad, is a member of The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (AÇBİD), the Turkish Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (TAOMS), the Aesthetic Dentistry Academy (EDAD), and 1905 Culture, Art, and Sports Association.
- In 2021, Dr. Ekiz became member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and received a dentistry license which has international and local equivalence from the Dubai Health Authority in the United Arab Emirates in 2023.

Dr. Ezgi AYAR
Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery/Aesthetic Dentistry
- Dentist Ezgi Ayar was born in Istanbul. She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry (English) in 2016 and completed her undergraduate education.
- After her graduation, She evaluated the first 4 years of her profession to improve herself clinically and scientifically.
- She received many trainings in aesthetic lamina and composite applications, smile design, implantology and advanced surgery, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, and attended many international congresses.
- Then she was accepted to Yeditepe University to receive specialization / doctorate training in the field of Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- She has been a member of the Turkish Dentists Association (TDB), Aesthetic Dentistry Academy (EDAD), Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Association (AÇBİD) and Turkish Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Association (TAOMS).
Dr. Ceyla Demirer
Orthodontics
- She was born in Istanbul. she graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 2017 with a High Honour degree as the second in the term. Then, in the same year, she started her doctorate / specialization education in the Department of Orthodontics at Medipol University and continued her clinical and scientific studies.

Dr. Hazal ABA
Endodontics
- Dentist Hazal Aba was born in Istanbul. She completed her undergraduate education at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry with an Honorary Degree.
- She continues her post-graduate education at Yeditepe University, Department of Endodontics.
- She has received various trainings in the field of aesthetic composite and lamina applications and has focused her education on vital pulp treatments and current approaches.
- She has attended many congresses and courses since the first years of his education and professional life and is also a member of Istanbul Chamber of Dentists and Turkish Endodontic Association.
- Hazal Aba, who has professional experience in many clinics in Istanbul, serves as an Endodontics specialist at Istanbul Ekiz Dental Clinic.
Dr. Cansu Gursoy
Specialist Periodontist(PhD), General Dentist
Dr. Cansu Gürsoy was born in 1992. She graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in 2015, completing her undergraduate education. Dr. Gürsoy further specialized in periodontology, earning her PhD in Medical Sciences from Gazi University’s Graduate School of Health Sciences in 2021.
Over the past nine years, she has honed her skills both in private practice and hospital settings, gaining extensive experience in periodontics, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. She is an expert in all periodontal treatments, including soft and hard tissue surgeries, gum depigmentation, connective tissue grafts, and sinus lifting.
Dr. Gürsoy has actively participated in numerous international congresses, including the FDI World Dental Congress and EuroPerio9.
Currently licensed under the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dr. Gürsoy is passionate about providing high-quality dental care at Ekiz Dental Clinic
